Terms of Service

  • Commissioning me means you are accepting my Terms of Service.

  • All payments are upfront

  • All prices are in USD only and payments are through Paypal only. (I will send you an invoice)

  • I have the right to cancel the commission if payment is not made after 7 days of being accepted.

  • There are no refunds after I start your commission unless I am unable to complete it.

  • Do not send me any payment before I have accepted your order.

  • As my style is subject to change frequently, replicating old styles may be difficult or not possible.

  • Differences from example artwork and received artwork might/will be present.

  • I do not draw in other art styles, do not request different styles from other artists from me.

  • I hold the right to refuse any commissions I do not feel able to do or feel comfortable completing.

  • I have the right to stream the artwork, unless you have let me know in advance if I should not for secrecy.

  • Delivery Time: I will try my best to complete the commission within a 2 month time frame. If I am unable to deliver within that time frame, I will contact you about extensions or refunding.

  • Delivery is done through email

Do's and Don'ts

✓ I have the right to post your commission on any social media.
✓ You can repost the commission with credit to me.
✓ I have the right to display commission work in my portfolio.☓ Don't pressure me to draw things I am uncomfortable with drawing.
☓ I do not design characters for commissions, please be prepared to give a prepared visual, even if it's from picrew.
☓ You can not use the commission for any commercial use. (Selling it on merchandise) - Emotes are fine for use for affiliates, partners, etc on streaming platforms.

Commission Process

Contact Client → Send invoice → Payment received → Sketch revisions → Final revision → Deliver to client

  1. Fill out the form! I will try to get back to you in 1-2 days.

  2. If your commission is accepted, I will contact you letting you know.

  3. I will start the commission when payment has been received.

  4. I will send you the sketches to be revised. Please let me know any changes you would like to be made during this stage! Any major changes later down the line will result in extra charges (depending on amount/complexity of changes) to the commission.

  5. A final revision will be made.

  6. I will deliver the commission to you via email.
